Every shipment is checked before it reaches our shelves — dimensions, finish and connections — so the part you receive fits and works first time.

Checked before it reaches you

A replacement part has to earn your trust. That’s why we choose our suppliers carefully, review samples before any large order and inspect shipments as soon as they reach our warehouses — before anything goes on sale.

What we check

Dimensions and mounting points against the model the part is listed for
Finish quality on fiberglass parts — no cracks or air bubbles
Sample lamps powered at the right voltage (12 V or 24 V)
Sound packaging, so the part arrives the way it left our shelves

And if a manufacturing defect does turn up, our team follows it through with you until it is resolved.

Samples of each lighting line are tested at the right voltage.
